Problems with Cleartastic?
Anybody have any problems with Cleartastic lately....the company, not the product. My order is about 3 weeks old and haven't received it. E-mailed the company with no response. Called and got recording with no response. Of cousre my credit card has been charged.....

My original order was on back-order but came March 3, about two weeks after placement. Seems to work protecting paint, but I'm not crazy about where it overalps as the material becomes very visible.

I've been trying to call them since I saw your post, dialing repeatedly, and only get a busy signal.
I noticed from their web site they are in Cedarhurst, NY on Long Island. I would have offered to stop in for you and see what was up, but they don't list and address, only a P.O. Box.
Funny thing is, their fax machine number also has a continual busy signal.
Between the P.O. Box address, and the busy signals on both lines, and your own lack of response to e-mail and calls, I would think about putting a hold on that credit card charge.

Get the tracking number from them so you can go to FedEx or UPS.com and track your order to make sure they did ship it. Everytime I order from WCC they email me with my tracking number. If they did ship it they have the number.

I placed an phone order about a month or so ago. Within a day or two, a gentlemen called me at work (I wasn't there - he left a message) and also tried to get me at home (wasn't there either, so he spoke to my wife). Said sorry, they ran out of C6 pieces but would ship asap. I received my order in about 2, maybe 3 weeks. I don't think my credit card was charged until they shipped.
Given the 2 phone calls, I say great customer service.

They have called me twice now and have been very nice and apologetic.....said if I didn't have them by Monday call and they would re-ship. They were shipped by regular mail they said cause I checked that option when I ordered...no tracking #.
