Kudos to Two Forum Supporting Dealers!
For my own reasons, a 2006 made more sense - besides I had two garage toys I needed to part with beforehand: a '96 Vert and a '92 500SL.
Within three weeks, both cars are sold by Ken from The Vette Net - after Tommy Jr. @ Macmulkin Chevrolet gave me one heck of a deal on his first convertible 2006 allocation. Then to top it off, Ken and Tommy worked it out to where the sale of my '96 went through as a trade-in on my order, thus saving me over a grand in Florida sales tax!
If this ain't ACTION and LOVE between members, I don't know what is.

If you have time, please read the thread I've sent back to the top that I posted 2-23-05 " A 2006 ?"...I'm sure you'll understand there is room for both of our thoughts...at least GM does or they wouldn't stay in business. Thanks for your response.
