Picked up my c6 a week ago, and noticed quite a bit of distortion looking out the rear window. I know it is a coumpound curve, but it distorted in the middle of the window also, kind of wavy? Is this normal? it's not horrible, but I never had this problem in my C5.
Mine has a little distortion on the left side and produces some interesting looking vehicles in the rear view mirror. But, aside from that, if you follow the first rule of Italian driving (Quoted by Raul Julia, as Franco Bertollini of the Ferrari team, in the 1976 move, The Gumball Rally)...

Press the button on the bottom front of the mirror that looks like a vertical bar with a semi-circle under it and hold it for about 6 seconds to turn on/off the auto-dimming feature. There is also a light on the bottom front of the mirror to show you whether the auto-dimming feature is on or off.

the dealers have a TSB about this and it says "no repair required" because this is normal.
