GM calls it "cast skin" similar properties to leather from what I understand, so I use Meguires leather wipes on it and wow does it make it shine nice just like the seats!

I have heard it is some type of urethane.
I like the factory new look so I use Zaino leather cleaner followed by Zaino leather conditioner. It provides ultimate protection, protects against cracking, renews leather smell.
I think it is some great stuff.
