I was at the St.Louis Auto Show recently and one of the Vets there had what the spokesman said was the Atlantic opton. It was supposed to be available this year. I don't remember all the options included on the list but among them were diiferent wheels, chromed, and two large stripes running length of the car on top similer to those on the old Firebird Trans Am. Did anyone else see this car or have more info on it?
Could have been that Pacific Coupe that they were showing off at SEMA. It had a stripe, spoiler, 10-spoke wheels, and CF body kit around it. I think that was just supposed to demonstrate what you COULD do to your C6 coupe with 'official' GM Corvette Accessories, not be an option package.
I think the Atlantic option has the big propeller at the rear instead of the quad exhaust. Should be good for racing at the beach. The Pacific option is the same thing it just includes sunscreen and a place to attach your surfboard.
Well I did see the car with a list of the included options. Come to think of it I was supposed to be getting the dvd and instead I got a Chevy brochure. Like I would really be looking at the Cobalt. Let's see Cobalt or Corvette,Cobalt or Corvette?

It was indeed at the SEMA auto show. I would suspect that that was totally aftermarket......hence, being at SEMA.
Dealers make arrangements with "After Market" folks to do just such things as the "Atlantic Option" you saw. It’s between the Dealer and the Accessory guy. Mark-ups are usually high. If the additional cost on the sticker is $3,000, I would guess could do it for half that or less. It’s not a GM thing.
