OK... Maybe I was thinking of doing it. If the new one is much nicer.

Thought so. Can not resist the beauty of a nice wheel infront of you.

We just can not take any bad comments on the new car or so it seems.

Well said. I to am waiting for the 2006 and am curious about any small changes that are being made. I am waiting for 2006 for my own reasons, but not just because it may have a different sterring wheel or an A6. At the same time I would not bash someone for wanting to wait for something different, no matter how insignificant it may seem to OTHERS here on the forum. It's amazing how some people just started jumping down your throat when the post said nothing about waiting to buy an 2006 just because of a different sterring wheel.

I am also waiting for 2006 (the earliest I would be able to get it) and have researched the C6 to death and will continue to do so until I get my own. I'm sure others have done the same thing with their cars...esp if it is their 1st Corvette (or other new car). This forum and its members have been a BIG help. Let others go through their process of research as you all have. A simple "yes" or "that's what we've heard" to the original question was all that was really needed.

And as always...enjoy your vette...whenever you get it!

Not likely, but hopefully it will come with a big remote control so the car can just drive itself around while the owner sits on the front porch watching/controlling it completely unstressed by the rigors of actually having to reach over and work the radio.

Having been on corvette forum and svt performance for years I offer one piece of advice. Don't take offense to every comment made. Let that skin thicken up. Some great folks on here but we all don't agree all the time. guess what makes it fun and helpful at the same time. I do wish you luck on your future corvette purchase.

Seems to me in an old post, someone said they are actually going to start putting the new wheel in them as soon as May of this year.
