the grill covering it will pop off...with GENTLE prying. protect the dash surface... look *closely* around the grill perimeter and you'll be able to locate the points at which it's clipped. something like wide-ish flat blade screwdriver...or an interior trim tool...will do the trick.
once you have the grill off, the fasteners holding the speaker into the dash will be exposed. unscrew them. lift the speaker out till you expose the wiring which you can then unplug.
