Default Help!! C6 Lowering question

Just purchased a C6 yesterday and was wondering if it can be lowered in the same manner as the C5's?
Thanks, Vinny

Its easier, no tools needed, can do it all by hand. Just need to remove one tire at a time and you need two jacks. Loosen the lugs, jack the car up, remove the tire, you will see the black spring that goes from one lower A arm to the other side, it has a bolt with a rubber bushing on it, while the car is in the air, take the other floor jack and lift up on the spring from the bottom and get the jack as close to the A arm as you can, with the tension off the spring, you can turn the adjusting bolt with your hand all the way down on the bushings, thats it........

Why would you do this? Does this effect suspension travel?
