C6 Engine Question
Just got back from a cruise in the C6 and while I was out driving I noticed a tapping sound coming from the engine when I take off from a stop. It is not real loud but my wife and I both could hear it as long as the radio was off. I only have 250 miles on the car and was wondering if this is normal or could it be the type of gas used last. I have only used premium in it but the last time I filled up I bought gas at Costco. Which gas brand is best for this car and has anyone else experienced the tapping sound with their C6. Other than that the car has been flawless. I love this car!

I have 4700 miles on now and have been using Chevron premium since day 1 and never had any problem or noise like you mentioned.
