How do you access/replace the DRL?

How do you access/replace the DRL?
I have one burned out already, 1 month old. Can't seem to figure out how to get to it.
Is this a GM only part or can it be bought at the auto store? Is it covered under warranty?

Yep ... I gave up and took the wheel off but I did get that booger out and will go buy one now. Like Frank said ... better to do it myself than ask the dealer.
Found the bulb at Wal Mart for $1 .... Yellow 3057 and it works fine.
