The only problem I had with my coupe was the roof creaking. That was resolved with the Shin Etsu grease at the attachment points. The car has no rattles and is much more solid than my C-5 or C-4 was. If I want to hear rattes I'll drive my 61 or 65 convertibles. The vette gets better every generation. Sorry to hear about your problem.
Mine also has several rattles and it's my only complaint with this car so far. I also get extreme creaking from the plastic center console which is particularly bad when the top is down.
A few times, in cold weather, I've had a rattle coming from the back of the car. It's always gone away after driving a few miles, so it might be from ice forming after the car has been shut down. In warmer weather, I haven't heard it at all. Other than that, there are no rattles at all.
Any good dealer should be able to quickly cure obvious rattles. With other cars, if my dealer couldn't handle it my local body shop always came up with a quick fix.

I've had the same back of the car rattle show up lately. Temp is above freezing, so not ice. Can't decide if the rear latch (unlikely IMO) or the hatch struts. Seems to go away after driving a while.
