Last week I ordered the body colored door handles and the brushed stainless sill plates. The transaction was completed on the telephone. I saved the shipping charge as I live about 15 miles from their dealership.
They called me on Wednesday to advise my parts had arrived. I went there yesterday. I stood at the parts counter for about ten seconds when this young fellow came over. Turns out this was Gene. He retrieved my parts boxes and placed them on the counter. He thanked me for the order, extended his hand and said if he could help in the future, just give him a call. That's what I call good service. He has earned some future business from me.
BTW, the parts department was spotless, looked very well organized and the dealership is fairly new. Just my observation.

Where is he located? I am in Jersey, curious how far of a ride since I see you are in PA.

They are in Limerick, PA. They are located at the Linfield exit of the 422 Bypass about 12 minutes west of King of Prussia.

Wow thanks for the great review! I appreciate the feedback. It is always nice to see our customers face to face. We do not get to do that often lol.

Stop in and see us some time again. We are going to have a large gathering this summer!

Got to add my .02 worth here. I ordered the interior trim kit, door handles, rear plate and spoiler from Gene two weeks ago. He said they didn't have all the parts in stock but should have them within a week. I RECIEVED them here 8 days later-under promise and over-deliever, not what you find very often anymore. Thanks Gene.
