Beautiful Color
I'm sure everybody remembers the discussion and flaming that PR got when it was first debuted last year, before they even started the 05 production run. It got nothing but bad press. Lo and behold, not 2 months into production GM announced the cancellation of PR, being replaced by VR... PR became an instant collector's item...
Last weekend, at the big vette show in Boerne, there was a PR coupe entered. It was the first PR I'd seen in person. If I could have seen it prior to ordering, I DEFINITELY would have ordered it. It's red alright, but but it looks dark even in direct sunlight! It's almost like it's constantly under a shadow. If you look at it from an angle, it's got magenta highlights. It's actually hard to describe, it has to be seen to be appreciated. It has a very "elegant", but brooding look to it.

For those of you who own a PR, lucky you!
Anybody know exactly how many PRs they made?
Yeah, the PRs are rare allright. Probably worth at least 5 dollars more than the "regular" colors about twenty years down the road.
