Default Complete Dreams

I guess since you won't return my regular emails i will try you here. I am still waiting for the tracking number for the cargo mat I ordered on the 9th of April. You said you would get the number Monday, today is thursday??? If it is still in the mail no problem, but an email explaining this would be nice.

Default Misunderstanding?

Must be a cyber glitch. Michael has always answered my emails post haste. I've often wondered if he stayed up all night, waiting for me to write.

Michael will take care of you. You should have spoken sooner. He's proving to be a stand up guy.

How much sooner? How much time does it take to let the system work? I received the info I saught, which was why i posted this. In almost all cases I have dealt with, the customer has to do all the leg work. By the way thanks for the PM.

Sorry about the confusion. Weve posted here and thought we emailed everyone that had an order that got delayed. But this is all over now. We ship faster and better now with the new processing system!

Thanks!
