have not posted in a while i sold my c5 to shop around for a c6 vert. but anyway i have some friends in the car business and was offered a new 05 vert. black/black 6sp. 1sb, nav., polished wheels for $54,160. do you guys think that a good deal. let me know. thanks.

It may be a good deal, but I can't imagine putting out that kind of dough for a C5 now that the C6 is here. The C6 is just too sweet to pass up. Go for the C6.

Anything under MSRP on a new vert is a good deal. Go for it.

i'd say shoot for 50 and end up meeting somewhere in the middle.

i paid about that for my 03 .. jez-bus.

take it now before he changes his mind. It's a good deal for a car in tremendously high demand and short supply. Paid $57k for mine - with no nav system, and was happy to pay it. Victory Red, 1SB, polished wheels.

I still see dealers that ask 58K for a coupe.
You are getting a deal. Go get it before someone else snags it.
