Can't go slow
I have had my Mag Red Vert for about 6 weeks now and evertime I get close to someone in front of me they change lanes to allow my by. I guess they assume I want to go faster than they do. This obviously results in me increasing my speed to go by them and before you know it, I am really pushing the speed.
I guess this is not necessary a bad thing though as long as there are no cops around.

...you have a car that can go 180mph+ but the speed limit is still 65

Been meaning to post that too. Not with the wife's car though. Think you're right. They recognize the Vette, and assume we're fast drivers. Don't bother me none. I like living on the edge, even though I fall off sometimes

Funny you mention that other cars move out of the way. I find the same thing with my new C6.
I just pretend it's because I'm really important, perhaps even Presidential, and not my car. I arrive at work in a great mood.
