Corvette has three interior packages: 1SX is the base, 1SA is the first upgrade, and 1SB is the top upgrade. It includes Head-Up Display, memory seats, heated seats, telescopic steering wheel and other goodies. Check http://www.corvette.com.

The Corvette is offered with one of 3 major trim packages. They are numbered 1SX, 1SA, and 1SB. These are just GM internal code numbers. The 1SX package is the most stripped down version, the 1SB package is the most deluxe version. The 1SA falls in the middle.

The various trim groups denote different seats, radios, HUD, etc. These features are *bundled*, so if you want the HUD, for example, you have to take the heated seats because they only are offered together as part of the 1SB package. You don't get to pick and choose single options the way you used to be able to do.

1SB for a 2001 vette is not the same as 1SB for a 2005 vette. You asked the question in the C6 section, so everyone assumed you were asking about a 2005 vette. You should have posted this question in the C5 general area, since the 2001 vette is a C5.

The 2001 1SB includes sport bucket seats, 6-way power passenger seat, electronic dual-zone A/C, fog lamps, memory package, and luggage/parcel shade. It does not include the heads-up display (HUD) and few other things the C6 1SB includes.

You'll find more knowledgeable info. about C5s in the C5 General section.

This is a pretty good site where you can check out the Corvette history, and see what the C1, C2, etc. mean, what years they were made, and other trivia stuff.

Seems a bit high for a 2001.
Ok for a 2003 or 2004
