Target Production Week. It's a target because it's subject to change. What they mean by more solid is when it hits the status mentioned GM has better visibity of future production. So it is less likely to be changed.
I have a TPW of 5/9 but I got word last week it hit the line last night "5/6" and will be completed on Monday night 5/9. So it was a few days early!!
