Default Getting Kooks installed Thursday

I'm getting Kooks headers installed on my non-Z51 C6 on Thursday. I've already got the B&B Route 66 w/x-pipe (which I have to remove to make way for the Kooks x-pipe).

What should I expect in the way of:

Sound,
performance,
gas milage,
etc.?

Would like to know what other forum members have experienced with their Kooks headers.

Thanks!

I installed Magnaflows and I love the sounds.
My dyno went from 342rwhp to 372rwhp with the Kooks. I also installed a 160 thermostat at the same time.
My gas mileage has stayed the same.
Install time was 4 hours.
Good luck.

I installed the Kooks headers myself at home. It took me about 6 hours w/o air tools. Installation went really well. Great seat-of-the-pants power surge.

Had them installed, this past w/e. 4hrs w/ the Kooks cats & x pipe.
Matched up w/ existing BB Bullet.

Great Overall Sound..Alittle Louder/Deeper with that distinct Header sound
Power.. Felt like more, but who knows

Overall, you'll be happy.
