Scary!!! The finance manager at the dealer I bought my vert from just had his produced week of 5/2-5/9. He just got the car 2 days ago and told me that his top won't work-that the display says 'too cold' or something. He says his service dept. has ordered a new heat sensor that is supposedly in the top-anyone heard of this? I'm concerned because mine was built that week also and I go to BG to get it next week!

I don't understand your concern. You are going to BG to pick it up. I cannot imagine a better place to be if something does not work as it should.
Neither of those two answers cover my concern. I am driving back to Florida and I don't want to be 500 miles from the factory or a dealer if this was to happen. It was 80 degrees the day this happened to that guy.
I can't see temperature causing this problem, I've never heard of a sensor in the power top checking temps. Mine has worked at all temps anywhere from 0 ->85F If it's not working it's something other than temperature causing the problem. Don't worry, go pick up your car and enjoy it!
