c6 runflats
guy's,is there a big difference in the c6 runflats,i.e.ride,handling,as opposed to the c5 runflats.want to get c6 rims for my c5,and don't want stock 04 runflats!thanks.jesse

They are light years better than the first gen. runflats on the C5 but they still don't perform as well as a good non-EMT performance tire.

Don't know about the fit on a C5.(You might ask Luke at Tirerack.com) They are called Goodyear F1 Supercar EMT tires, I have them on my 05 Z51 C6, and they are great, compared to the EMT's that I had on my 04 C5. No noise, softer riding, great grip. I would highly recommend them if you want an EMT.

C6 tires and wheels are 1 inch bigger front and back. You will need to change to c6 sized wheels to wear the C6 run flats.
I do not believe that they are made in the c5 sizes.l
Also. there are 2 different run-flats for the C6.
The standard model has Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-2 EMTs and the Z51 has the F1 Supercar EMT. The GS-2s wear better,
