I have a C6 Convertible coming in and this will be the first time purchasing one. I have 2 questions. Does anyone know of a cover just to protect the convertible cover from the sun? The second question is if I were to go with a complete car cover what type should I get. My concern is that there are kids playing in the area and they have put minor scratches in my other cars and I would totally freak if they scratched my C6.
Calif Car Covers is the way to go...but if your car is kept outside, you want to maximize the protection...so whoever you buy it from, don't go cheap, get a high quality cover. It will be worth the cost over the long run.
Thanks guys. I think I'lll go with the stormweave. They say it's designed for outdoor use, UV protection and is thick so it protects against scratches and minor dents.
Check the catalog at California Car Covers. They make all kinds for different conditions. They also can tailor make them for your C6.
TOTALLY. I have just purchased one from them and its a super cover only I bought one to cover in the garage only. I'll soon be buying one to cover for whenever I have to leave the car out overnite-but remember one thing, DON'T GO CHEAP!

Question. Don't you have to clean your car before covering it so any dust or grime that accumulated from driving doesn't scatch the paint as you pull on the cover?
