Dynatech has since fixed the problems they have encountered in the past. as you probably know, i was one of those cases. the product they sell is one of quality and one of performance. they are probably the kindest group of folks i have yet to deal with involving a problem i had with some sort of moderation to my vehicles. to judge the Dynatech company by a couple of incidents that went wrong just doesnt seem fair to me. if anyone is able to judge them, it is me. and to be completely honest, after these 2 incidents occured, i would choose their product over many others out there at the moment
[edit - btw, that second thread you posted had nothing at all to do with Dynatech, and everything to do with Kerbeck. if you read my post correctly, Dynatech was just as shocked as i was at the "dragging of the feet" that we are experiencing at the moment]

I meant no flame against Dynatech, hence the used in my post, i just thought this particular thread was ironic that it appeared not long after you were discussing your unfortuneate situation with Kerbeck dealing with your Dynatech fire aftermath. I would assume that a company like Dynatech would take a look at examples of problems and design fixes for any problems that occur such as yours. Your support from Dynatech is a mark of high-quality in that they stand by you and fix the problems their product caused for you before they enabled any fixes in their current product offerings. Did not wish to seem as if I would want to negate their quality. They definitely seem to be very customer oriented. I wish you the best with your repairs and hope you have your car back soon.
