Default Why was this thread closed?

A thread " Z51 decals not received " started by Corvetteguro was closed because it told the truth about a "Supporting Vender" not delivering as promised. I too am "having Isuues" with this vender. I ordered parts on May 15, 2005 (almost 1 month ago) and never received product. I was told my Visor Decals, C6 Hats and Nav protector would ship the week of May 16, 2005. My CC was charged the day I ordered but I never recieved anything. I requested a tracking number and never received that either. I emailed and was told material would ship the week of May 23, 2006. Still no product. I demanded a refund and am waiting for that. I finally had to dispute the charge with VISA/MC in order to get this resolved in a timely manner. This thread should not be closed because other members need to come forth so that forums members would be aware of possible problems with this vender.

Very simple...without the forum vendors, there is no forum. I am sure there is good reason for what's happening. Just last week I had a very good experience with this vendor and I will always check there first for accessories for my C6. In my case, the vendor went out of his way to help me out when the problem wasn't wasn't even of their making. I am sure for the very few unhappy customers with this vendor there are hundreds of happy customers. Not to mention, let's not forget it is this vendor who helped us cover those FUGLY warning stickers on the visors. For that, we are forever grateful!!!

Sorry to hear about your frustration, but I am sure it will get worked out quickly!

I actually agree with PCWizard, however if the problems don't get addressed between the vendor & the buyer, then he should inform the mod's/admin about this. Covering up the visor decals does not excuse this.
