Program:
Allows GM Employees, Retirees Surviving Spouses and Certain Immediate Family Members the ability to
Purchase or Lease 2004/2005/2006 Model Year New GM Cars and Trucks at special pricing (see exclusions
below).
Stock Units and ordered Units- GM Employees, Retirees, Surviving Spouses and Select Family Members may
Purchase or GMAC Lease GM Vehicles Out of Stock or Order a new unit for the amount listed in the GMS field
of the Invoice. Eligible order types include Retail Stock, Retail Sold, Dealer Demo, Driver Education. Vehicles
with order types other than those listed above must be reinvoiced before being sold GMS. Note: Previously
dealer traded units may NOT be reinvoiced for this purpose. Contact DBC for price calculation and approval to
sell GMS. For Demos, Conversion- See page 2. 2004 Units may be sold for less than GMS (if dealer
chooses) effective 09-08-04 per BAI20040570
GMU/PEP (Used) Units- GMU (or PEP) units have been in Company Service, driven by GM Employees. This
program requires a vehicle be “tagged” by calling 800-815-3812 and following the GMU/PEP system. ONLY
GM Employees, Retirees, Surviving Spouses and Dependant Children under age 25 may Purchase or GMAC
Lease GMU/PEP Units. Other Family members may NOT utilize the GMU/PEP Program. Refer GM Family
first Web site for additional guidelines.
Dealer Allowance: The Dealership will receive an amount equal to MSRP minus Freight x 5%less $75.00 for
handling the sale. This amount is listed as the “Memo” amount on the Invoice. The GMS price will be
increased by $75.00 as an Administrative fee to make up the difference. Vehicles invoiced on or after 11-03-
2003 will reflect these changes on the invoice. Dealer also receives credit for holdback, wholesale floorpan, &
applicable co-op advertising.
Eligible Models:
All 2004/2005/2006 New Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, GMC and Hummer H2 Cars and light
Trucks with proper order type qualify, Medium Duty models do NOT qualify. Note: Certain models may be
periodically excluded via administrative message addendum, See page 3 for current restrictions or refer GM
family first web site for current eligibility.
Eligible Customers: For GMS (for GMU/PEP, see above):
GM Employees, Surviving Spouses, GM Retirees and the following family members as they are related to the
GM Employee: Spouse, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, Grandson, Granddaughter
(Grandparents do NOT qualify) Also included are “In Laws” per above, “Step” per above or “Half” per above.
Refer GM Family First Web site for detailed listing and guidelines.
The surviving spouse may sponsor those who qualify as they relate to the deceased GM Employee when they
were alive. For example, a Step Child of the Employee while they were alive qualifies, however if the surviving
spouse remarries, their new spouse and their children would NOT qualify.
Vehicle Must be titled in Participants Name and for the personal use of the eligible participant only.- N/A
Company Names or N/A co-titled with non eligible person. Ok co-title with spouse.

Not Available With:
Instant Value Certificate, Customer Appreciation Certificate, GM in the Driveway Referral customers, GM
Business Choice, N/A Special Event Unit, N/A Non GMAC Lease. N/A Old style GM Card (Blue/Black/Gold),
N/A with New GM Card (Bronze/Copper/Platinum), Fleet.
Documentation and Method of Payment:
A properly completed Customer-Dealer agreement sheet is required to be kept in the deal file for audit
purposes. The customer-dealer agreement sheet will be faxed to the dealership or downloaded and printed
from the web when obtain delivery approval is obtained. Retain copy of current drivers license in deal.
To get an employee authorization number call 800-235-4646 and answer the questions as prompted. The GM
Employee/Retiree/Surviving Spouse’s Social Security Number is necessary. You may do this with the eligible
participant, or they may have obtained the authorization number prior to visiting the dealership. The employee
authorization number can also be obtained on line at: www.gmfamilyfirst.com. Employee purchase certificates
will no longer be mailed to the eligible employee,
Following the above call, on the day of delivery prior to the customer taking possession of the vehicle the
dealer calls 1-800-835-4646 or visits the www.gmprograminfo.com to obtain delivery approval code. A
Customer-Dealer agreement sheet will be immediately faxed to the dealership or can be downloaded and
printed from the web site. This is the only form that will be needed. This form must be signed and kept in the
dealer file for audit purposes.
Wait 24 hours after authorization number has been assigned and then apply via CDR to get paid as follows:
For All of the Below: List 9 digit (with leading zero) approval code in “GM Employee Certificate Number
“ Field.
Stock and Ordered Units- GMS Price- use ident code “GMS” and Delivery type Buy= 021 GMAC Lease= 032
GMU/PEP Units- GMU Price- use ident code “GMU” and Delivery type Buy= 022 GMAC Lease= 033
Demos and Driver Ed Loaner vehicles up to 2499 miles must not vary from GMS Price.
Demos and Drivers Ed Loaner units with 2500 or more miles may be delivered for less than GMS price if
dealership wishes to do so (demo units may have no more than 7500 miles).
For Conversion Units or Units with additional non-factory equipment you must charge GMS price for
vehicle and additional charge for Conversion Package and/or add-on equipment. You may mark up
Conversion package or add on equipment costs.
Note:
Vehicle retention periods and volume restrictions are available at www.gmfamilyfirst.com.
Documentary fees: Dealers may charge up to $75.00 in documentary fees on each delivery under the
terms of this program, unless state or local laws or regulations provide otherwise..

Means you can get GMS on all GM products except Corvette.

That is an old notice. See the post in C6s for sale by Ken Fichtner...the plan was revised again to add the Vette back June 3.
