Revised delivery date

COOL!
No offense meant but on Friday I saw the a monterey red vert on the line with what I thought was a dirty white top. So did you end up with the Monterey Red instead or color or choose another color? The Monterey Red color was great but I have always like the black tops on my Corvette Convertibles Once had a white top and it always looked dirty, in comparison to me the black top generally always looked clean. I got ripped on different thread for saying beige color interiors look dirty faster than black interiors. But to me the same thing applies to the top. Lighter colors will look more worn and dirty faster in my opinion.
But it is what looks good to you that counts as it is your car. We each have our own belief as to what looks good.
Just like the recent pole which puts my DSOM as the second most hated current Corvette color next to a pure white one. Would I pick a different color combo based on that poll? Nope. Heck my 1985 Vette is white so I will own the two most despised Corvette colors now.
Anways due to your Museum delivery date I kind of wonder if this vette I saw could be yours as I imagine most would order it with a black or a beige top?
Majestic, based on posts by forum dealers vehicles for production with a TPW of 6/27 were said to be built from 6/27 - 7/17 due to a plant shut down in early July. But if the plant is still a couple days ahead, it is possible they might finish it by the end of next week. Mine was a TPW of 6/20 and it almost made it off the line on Friday the 17th hence this is why I say they are a bit ahead perhaps? Of course for all I know this is normal for them to build some cars a couple days ahead of their TPW.

So there were 4 weeks when Z51 would have been an issue at all. Any dealer with an allocation during those weeks could have placed an order for a Z51 car with no problems.
So the issue is not due to the Z51 or the Navigation system. The issue is the dealer who you placed your order with just does not get many Corvettes from GM each year.
