Default Wind Screen

Can anyone post their experience with a wind screen on a C6 vert. Does it make a difference? What did it cost? How hard to install? How long does it take to install? Where did you get yours?
Any information would be appreciated!!!

Improvement is minimal. I have a windscreen for my M3 and it blocks out almost all backdraft.

I use my C6 windscreen less than I would have expected. I paid around $350 for it. It's a waste of money. I do like the way it looks on the car ... that's about it.

i have one on my c6 z-51 vert, it does help with the backdraft wind at speeds. where you really notice it is when you roll up the windows when it gets chilly at night. wife likes it because of the hair control with it in place. bought mine at the chev dealer, 450.00

I had one on my Z4. It helped a bit at some speeds and caused additional buffeting at other speeds. In other words, it had some effect, but I was never sure if it was better overall. My Vette is a coupe, but if I had a convertible, I wouldn't bother with it.

Is the installation of the windscreen permanent, or must it be put away in the trunk before you put the top up?
