Car won't start!!
If you have fuel pressure, then you may have an ECM problem. Since there are 8 separate coil packs, the odds of all of them failing at once are slight. The only common element in the ignition system is the ECM, which sends commands to each plug to fire. Testing the ECM is a dealer job.
As to special instructions for towing, first, flatbed only. Don't let them use a boom truck. Second, you may need some planks to get the front on the flatbed without excessively dragging the front spoiler. Third, make sure the driver knows how to hook up the cable without bearing on the lower front bumper valence. Fourth, have him use the 4 body jacking points to boom the car down to the flatbed. Don't let him chain down the suspension members. They're aluminum, and can be damaged.

Thanks Shopdog, Great Information.....
Also very difficult to have them check alignment at 3500 miles with no symptoms. After pointing out several inadequacies in service department, they agreed to check alignment, and found it to be way off.
