Bizarre Radio Problem
Well, my baby was 100% problem free until tonight, when the radio started doing something funky. From time to time I've read posts about radio problems, but I don't recall any which describe what I'm experiencing. Everything about the radio is fine, except when I push one particular pre-set button (#6, if that makes any difference). The radio will play on that station for about one second, and then it quits. 
There's no power loss, as the display continues to stay on--there's just no sound. None of the other pre-sets do this, and if I use the rotary dial to get to that station, it plays just fine. I really don't like the idea of having to have the unit yanked out of the dash for a repair, but I don't think I have a choice (except to stop using that pre-set.)

I've had the same problem. I reset the preset to the same station and the problem was cured for a while. Came back a couple of times over the next couple of months. Have not had the problem for a while now.

I have the same problem. I reset the station and it worked for a while then came back. I decided to just take it to GM. They said that they need to replace the radio. (i've been waiting for 2 months for the radio and dash trim to come in).
