Some complain about the steering wheel and GM responds by pulling an existing wheel from the Pontiac or Saturn parts bin. Some will like it and others won't. But, who buys or doesn't buy a Corvette because of a steering wheel? As Abe Lincoln said "you can please some of the people some the time but none of the people all of the time".
Read your Corvette history books - the 1963 split-window coupes were unpopular back when they were first released. When the 1964s came out with a one-piece rear window, many 1963 owners retrofitted the 1964 window into their cars, just as many of you are no doubt thinking of replacing your Doughboy steering wheels with the new ones from the Aztek.
Of course, after some time passed the 1963 split-window coupe became a highly desirable collector's item, and all those people who butchered their 1963s were kicking themselves.

Actually, your quote is from Abraham Ndgele, the well-known Nigerian Rolex and Louis Vuitton salesman, who conducts his business on the third yellow blanket from the corner, 8th Ave and 57th St, NYC. The other Abe said, reputedly, "You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time." It is apparent from this quote that Abe never encountered an auto dealership service manager.

This may sound stupid but I was wondering what the C6 would look like if had a split rear window.
But seriously I always liked the 4-spoke. And its fun because it has a personality. It will forever be the bough boy!! The 3 spoke wheel just doesnt look right with the different colors on it.
