Paint code 80U
I just stopped by a Chevy/Cadillac dealer and noticed on the color display thatcode 80U wich for the is Vette Montery red is in use in 05 for Cadillac but under a different name (but code 80U)...just wonder if the color is the same for both division since the code is ?

Colour is the same
Name's change but the code is the key...
There is another post here somewhere but the only unique colours to Corvette for 2006 are
V Yellow
DSOM
Arctic White ( if white chan be considered unique)

Also, on the new 06 gto the brazen orange is not DSOM - it's something ilke 66U. Point is the paint codes used in other GM lines aren't the same as corvette; which I learned the hardway the other night when I found 71U for the 06 GTO; but it's red not orange.
