I think it's about to fall by the wayside for at least one developer. It's been about 3 or 4 weeks since we heard anything. Seems like it was going to be difficult to keep the price in the reasonable ball park.

Dude, I hope you're kidding about that prototype. Clearly a joke, it's about the size of a palm pilot. Unless your post was some sweet subtle sarcasm, in which case, the joke's on me.
Yes that was me who was working on it
Had 2 major problems
One is that it had to be made of plastic
i tried a few metal ones and it would not work
the 2nd was that the cheapest i could get someone to make me a injection mold to fabricate the watches would be at least $1600
and i cant use the c6 logo on it without forking over $$$ to gm
So i just cound not see people paying over $300 for a plastic fob watch !
Yeah, I was pretty pumped for this thing, but then I went out and bought myself an Omega, so I couldn't justify not wearing it to wear the fob watch instead

Well, I suck at the internet/posting pics/etc.. but it's a Speedmaster Day/Date - black face. Subtle, should be appropriate for most occasions, particularly daily use.
