Vert Top Headliner Problem

Default Vert Top Headliner Problem
A friend of mine has an early production 05' vert and the headliner in his top is coming unraveled and has been told that they are going to have to replace the entire headliner. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Mine has shiny marks at the outer edges of the first crossbar.

Not on mine Feb build but I do have a rattle in the top mechanism above the window on the drivers side.
