I had mine to the dealer last Friday and he ordered fuel card and new brake pads to replace my squeeling Z51 brake pads. The parts came in on Tuesday, 2 business days later. My dealer is a low volume Corvette dealer. Seems like the stories I've read on this forum about the availability of fuel cards and Z51 replacement brake pads is DEALER BS.
This is my first service experience with this dealer. So far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed the service technicians have a clue. They said they have replaced fuel cards on C5's but this is their first C6. They claim they will have both tanks and the brakes done in 1 day, and yes they said both tanks need to be taken care of, not just the left tank.
My car went to dealer on Weds for right sensor replacement. It is due back to me on Monday. That's 4 days. Orginally they promised it to me by Thurs. I will be asking what problems they had that caused the long service time.
