How do Vettes Age

Any car when it gets older seems to get looser and not as smooth as it was brand new. I have a 1988 Mustang with 202,000 plus miles on it and it still runs great the body and interior are in excellent condition. I have had offers for it but I will keep this one since I special ordered it and it has been with me for so long.

It didn't really bother me though, just thought it was part of owning a vette. Corvette mechanical components have always been known to be very strong, durable and relatively (compared to foreign sports cars) inexpensive to replace.
I had four C5's and every one at rattles leaks from day one. But never as bad as the C4's I had. 7000 miles on the C6 and no rattle squeaks or leaks so far.

I had a 95 Z-28 and although it always ran great, the engine got louder and the back end started groaning. I sold it with 95K on it to get my new C6. My cars a Vert so any inputs from Vert owners would be great. Thanks.
Just like fine wine they get better with age. My C5 did.
