A/C Problem - Passenger Side
There have been plenty of documentated A/C issues, but has anyone had the problem where the driver side blows cold air and the passenger side blows hot air?
Nothing I did fixed the problem. Turning the passenger control up/down/off does absolutely nothing. The passenger side seems completely unresponsive. The driver side works fine except for the fact it is working overtime to keep up with the hot air blowing in on the other side. Right now I have white napkins stuffed in the passenger side vents.
I could use one of the aftermarket guys to make some classy vent blockers in DSOM.I also joined the "Service Fuel System" club this weekend, but there seems to be plenty of info and a TSB on that one.
Off the top of my head it could possibly be a shorted thermistor (temp probe), or a bad vent control door.
Luckily you're under warranty, so send that baby in!
What's your vin and how many miles do you have?

I thought it might be something along those lines too. I'm assuming there is only one A/C compressor in the car, so it would have to be a control problem vice a compressor problem like most folks are having.
Thanks for the input.
Get the fuel gauge problem fixed and see if the a/c works after that. You never know.
