Default Mysterious crease on rear hatch???

Giving the baby another wax massage...to my horror, looking at the sheen, I noticed a 2" fine crease line...no evidence of impact...no scratch...just a fine dent crease...on the surface of the hatch..on the right side.

How could this be? The car hasn't been out of my sight...although I did leave it at the dealership for the day to have the Z51 pads replaced. I did do a quick walk around when I picked up the car...I was looking at the sides...didn't eye the hatch surface. How can this fine crease line be done without any sign of impact (?)...you have to look very close to see...not obvious...without looking for it.

Does this composite plastic dent?

Can this be a factory defect (?) a stress crease??

Any ideas?

Could it be binding up when opening and closing?

No...my hatch has worked perfectly from the beginning...and I'll even usually make sure a door is open to help with an easy closing of the hatch...no slamming or jamming......

This creased dent has me baffled...and obviously upset.

I know you feel horrible, but your warranty will cover something like this. Please post a pic or 2.
