Update...

Stopped in at Ed Bozarth in Lonetree, CO (15mi S of Denver) where I bought mine. They pulled the cargo cover and front license plate holder out of storage and sent me on my way in 5 mins. I didn't ask for paint. So far no probs and good customer service.
