I voted for LG, Lou seems like a good guy and is an honest to goodness Vette racer...you gotta like him just for that at least. BTW, I've only ever heard good things about anyone who has used his headers.

I installed Dynatechs on my C5, choose them mostly due the price, there were some fit issues that I was not thrilled with and they seemed to discolor very fast and badly. Then there were the guys who installed them on their C6's early and found out the hard way the headers were too close to the clutch fluid line and melted it...and even caused some fires! The worse part was Dynatech was offering no help to these people who were like guinea pigs for the product. No more Dynatechs for me.....ever!

Kooks....for these I've heard mostly good things, but they rate only a distant second in my mind.

For me, it would be the LG's first if I decide to do headers on my C6.

Dynatech Supermaxx. I purchased them because they are an established header manufacturer and Tbyrne had a great price on a Group Buy. I installed them on my car and am very happy with the fit and the ease of installation. The early problems with fire were an installation problem, NOT a design problem. Common sense should have guided the installer to watch for interference with wires and hoses. The installation is fairly easy but it's not a "paint by number" kit for the uninformed.

I've heard the Dynatechs fit very nice on the C6...Kooks the opposite. Personally I'd like to give the LG's a try.
