Default Where do you store your change?

I never have change for tolls or parking meters because I take the change out of the car. I'm looking for a good place to store the change. The ashtray doesn't work because the change will fall down into the gearbox area and I hate searching the bottom of the center console. What's even worse is the cupholder .

I bought a small plastic coin holder at Walmart that is a 2-piece unit. It's the type with the spring loaded slots for quarters, nickels, and dimes. I removed the cupholder adapter and tossed it out. The upper half had a velcro attachment on the bottom--I peeled off the backing and placed it in the forward right corner of the console. It fits perfect and the console lid closes--all for $3.

That's why I like living where I do. No, I repeat, no parking meters and no toll roads. Now if we take a trip............

I open up the door to the cup holder and put my change in there. Works fine for me.

I put mine in the center console. Only drawback is that coins are getting real hot after a while.

Don't move to Floriduh.....If they had their way there would be a toll booth at every corner and a signal light at every driveway As for the change... I found a small plastic ash tray, set it on drink holder lid. WARNING.... anyone that uses a transponder that is on the windshield... They can and do fall off.

I guess Ezpass hasn't made it around the country yet? i would think most states have something similar to ezpass? and no, i dont stick it on the window. i leave it in the console and take it out when necessary.

I put mine in the center console. The side benefit is that after a while you could also use them as hand warmers!

This is exactly what I was looking for, Thanks.

Even better yet. I go to school at University of South Florida. I had to pay $150 for a parking decal and they STILL charge you for parking in some area's.

I found a small silver-colored condiment cup that just fits in the cupholder, even with the cupholder door closed. Makes it easy to remove all the change at once if you need to.
