Default My Stingray

I know this will be controversial. I not trying to fool anyone, I've just always loved the Stingrays. I also like to have mods that are somewhat unique. So here it is, be gentle.:

On Monday I'm installing RT high flow cats, ceramic coated BB x-pipe, EE ceramic plate, (bottom of cup holder was 99 degrees w/ infrared thermometer) 66's, Z51 cadmium plated rotors and brackets, and Z51 sway bars.

Maybe then it'll be worthy of the emblem.

It dosen't look bad but the problem is its not a Stingray. But its your car so don't worry about what others think.

I liked the old days when car models had names instead of just numbers. Now put some gills on that thing.

Hey, its your Vette and you have to be happy with it. It's great to have others also like what we do to our cars........ However, if they don't like what we have done, then too bad. In any case enjoy your Vette

Thanks, I was worried I'd break some kind of etiquette. It's from the '74-'76. They had two pins on the back that I had to Dremel off, but it was easy. After the pics I adjusted the passenger side one, it was a little crooked.

The script Stingray started in 69, but I couldn't remember the last year they used the badge...76 must have been the last year. I wondered what you did with the pins.

I expect you'll get a few that know Corvettes doing doubletakes, and the rest will be saying, "Oh, look! They brought back the 'Stingray'!".
