Wow! What A Difference...
Washed my Babe today for the first time after getting the brake pads changed. Datawiz and everyone else who said "less brake" dust was right on the money. 
And they don't squeal anymore. 
Before when I washed the wheels, the soapy water ran off in black streams. Now most of that is gone. The rims also stayed shiney, whereas before they got dull quickly with a coating of dust. Just amazing. 05' Z51 owners who have not yet changed their brake pads..., call your dealer and set up and appointment. You won't regret it.
