Holy cow.
I've seen several C6s in my area, but I had my first glance of a DSOM C6 on Saturday. As a current C5 owner, and future C6 owner, I've been drawn to the DSOM color by browsing pics of your rides in this forum. I really thought I had a good understanding of the color until I saw it in person. It is totally different. Eye catching, subtle, and beautiful. It was overcast, so I didn't get to see it "bling" but it definitely made an impression. I was out with a buddy of mine and his wife when we saw it. She loathes orange vehicles but fell head-over-heels in love with the DSOM when she saw it. I'm smitten as well.
If you're on the fence about DSOM, do everything in your power to see one in person. This was the only color I hadn't seen in person, and after having seen it, my mind was made up instantly.

Good post! When I was at Carlisle in 04 I saw one and knew that would be my new ride.

I had ordred a mag red until I saw DSOM. I love it, and I've had people stop me to tell me they love the car and the color, including a guy in a new 911 vert just a few weeks ago.

I originally had another color in mind...until BAM... I saw one in person. From that moment on, I had to have one in DSOM!
Definately, it is a change in pace and truly a color which deserves a lot of attention.
