Default Debadging the nose?

I know this may sound like defacing an altar to some of you, but I was wondering what your thoughts are on taking off the little 'vette badge on the nose...

As it is, the C6 looks like it has two eyes and a gaping mouth, the badge is almost like a nose, or a zit on the nose. The badge looks cool, for sure, but perhaps it would be cleaner and better looking with out it... My car is black, this is a DSOM car I took a pic of:

What are your thoughts?

There are two holes that allow the emblem to be placed in the correct location on the nose, so if you take off the emblem, you are going to have to fill in the holes.

I think it might look good. If you ever do it, post some pics.

Well, if you do decide to remove them, apparently there may be a market for them

Actually, it looks very clean... debadging has its proponents.

At least leave the rear one on the car...

The problem is the mounting holes... that's a non-starter for me.

It would look nice on an all black car. But I say leave it, especially since the holes are there.

Oh sure! You could then plug in a Mustang Logo. I think an old Yugo emblem may be available at a junk yard.

It looks weird without it. I thought that when I saw a preproduction white mule without one. The grill is more responsible for the face look.

If it weren't for the holes, I'd take them both off. Ever heard of nosed and decked?

Just cover the holes with a Prancing Horse badge.

I agree. Get rid of both of them! Proponents of paste on emblems and flags all over the interior (I know the flags, front and rear, leave holes) will be against a "clean" look however.
