Help Crack NAV Screen Diag PIN Code

There's been others here who have also helped out and built on my work, and there's been others, like SonarTech, whose work I originally built off of. Eventally, someone's going to put enough pieces together to figure this out.
Then again, all it takes is someone who's worked for Denso to leak the source code to us. If that happened, I'd be back on board even though I can't really use the end product.

No, I don't have a 'Vette though wish I did... sigh. Always wanted either a '67 427 convertible or an 07/08. One day. I drive a Subaru Legacy GT Spec.B.
Anywho, I registered and am posting here with one intention: sharing information and potentially getting this ridiculously proprietary Denso/Zenwin system figured out/hacked.

Our Subie Navs are also Denso sourced and modified by Kenwood. They're based on the KNA-3200 and DDX7015 touch screen. They're very, very similar to yours, the Toyotas, LRs, Caddys and others. Yes, I've been researching all those boards too for a while. We've had this thread http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36342 going for a long time and like you guys I'm losing steam.
Our diagnostic codes are a little different. Our only known working code is o14220 details of which can be found here: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36923
We have figured out how to enter destinations while moving by "fooling" the Nav into believing the parking brake is on via a grounding hack found here:

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm greatful for all the information Sonartech, Buffy, and Ein Tier and others have contributed.
But again, I'm kind of losing hope.
Thanks all...

My solution works and is very simple, as described here:

Quite a few Vette owners have been changing out their consoles to the new '08 consoles. If you have Nav, this is the time to do this simple mod because the console needs to come out to get to the wiring harness. If the console is out, this is just a half hour job.

My issue: I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9 here in Hawaii with a Denso Navigation System...However when I bought the car the salesman told me that the navigation works in Hawaii, however, i just found out the DVD Navigation Disc doesn't have a map of Hawaii on it. I got duped into buying the a $1,200 nav system without any map disc for Hawaii, it only has North America. Both Denso and Navteq don't know when they will have a map for Hawaii. After much research and trial and error I found out that the most compatible DVD navigation disc with my system is the either the Cadillac or Hummer Discs, but not fully. All the options for POIs and Address add didn't work but at least the map displayed. These are the only ones that can be recognized by my Denso system bios. Mercedez, Lexus, the only other Denso sytems here in Hawaii, were not recognized as a map disc by my system.
I believe if I can get the map files from a Cadillac or Hummer DVD disc that has Hawaii, I might be able to combine my DVD systems files with the map files to make a compatible DVD Disc with a Hawaii map on it.
Could any of you please put me on the right track with this project? What files to use from my disc with files from the Cadillac or Hummer discs and what software and burning options to choose?
Thanks in advance...

PS. Sonartech if you are still out there, please I need your advice on this one!!!

If you bought it from a car dealer, go back and complain to the dealer and ask for credit, based on false representation by the salesman, then buy and aftermarket unit.

As for this post, I agree that you got screwed and that you should ask for a refund, but a more important question is this - why on earth would you need a nav system in Hawaii? It's not like you can drive for hours and get really lost, is it? There are only so many roads, and they all either circle the island(s) or dead end at the ocean, right? Seems like a waste of money, doesn't it?

. i'm afraid that i can't offer much but it only takes "one" person. we'll keep our fingers crossed.
