Default Great, its raining...

Brought the C6 to work today, even had my mobile detail guy was the car. Now it pouring rain, so much for my car being a rain virgin, I'm pissed. Also, why does it rain in San Diego? We should always be dry all the time.

I would kill to be able to move there. My buddy lives in Fallbrook, and I'm going out to visit over Thanksgiving. It always kills me to come home. You Do know that rain is just like water you wash your car with?
It dries right off.

It won't melt. Nor will the paint run off. Enjoy and just use the wipers. Geez..........

We pay seven figures here for track homes, rain is unacceptable.

I do realize it is nice here, I am just upset....

I have used my wipers on several occasions...the paint hasn't smeared...and it does help to remove the bug guts accumulated during your dry ride to work...

I'll trade our current weather for yours. It's 48 degrees on Cape Cod with a full blown Nor'easter gusting over 60 mph with about 2 inches of rain. Not as bad as Florida has had but we also have snow to look forward to in the not too distant future.

I am glad at least one person is getting some happiness from this situation. No disrespect, but I think I would pull a Kurt Cobain if I lived there (too much rain). I need sun to grow.

My Top San Diego Complaints:

1. Too many beautiful women.
2. The women wear revealing clothes...I hate that..makes it risky to drive around there when you can't pay attention.
3. That ocean air smell in the air is terrible when the vert top is down.
4. Running back (LT) did NOT score a touchdown this week
5. And, of course, the 25 days of rain each year. I can't have the top down. Terrible....

I would never move there....

I say the same thing about Santa Barbara. It should always be warm too. I just checked the weather in Palm Springs, I grew up there and still have friends and family there. It's there 75 right now with a forecast for highs in the mid 80's all week. Those lucky beeatches!

I grew up in So Cal, left over 30 years ago, and never looked back. I traded the sunshine for a commute where gridlock consists of a farmer changing fields, and using the 2-lane Hwy to do it.

I really wasn't trying to be happy about your situation- I was just thinking that if I felt I couldn't drive the car in the rain up here, it'd never leave the garage.

Points 4 & 5 are valid, 1, 2, & 3 are why we live here. I have never (really never) see as many hot women in one place (besides a strip club) in my entire life!!!
