Got My Vin
Special thanks to Kevin 
at BG, got my VIN 1G1YY25U865108020 and it should be on the line on Saturday 11/5 and produced on Monday 11/07. 
Thanks to Tommy Jr. at MacMukin Chevrolet (Forum Dealer) who placed my order on 10/11............as promised 4 weeks from order to production !!!!!

Considering they built 35000+ in 2005 (approx 3000/month), and that the lower numbers were assigned to 2006 Z06 production,, the 8020 on my VIN appears to indicate a bit of an increase over 05 production.
