Did you email Kevin with your order number to get the VIN? Or?

I emailed him the order number when the vehicle went 3300 with an 11/7 TPW. He responded within a few hours and indicated that at that time it wasn't in the system. He did state that he would put it on a list of orders that he checks every morning and would advise me when it showed up for production. Kept his word....This morning at 8:06AM EST I received his email !!!

Above and beyond level of service from Kevin !!!!

Default Looking For VIN or TPW Also

My order number is JQMFMO and I understand that it has hit 3300 status. Is there any information that I can get regarding the TPW, projected build date or VIN?

Considering they built 35000+ in 2005 (approx 3000/month), and that the lower numbers were assigned to 2006 Z06 production,, the 8020 on my VIN appears to indicate a bit of an increase over 05 production.

Congratulations. Mine is running longer but that's because of the Z-51. Plus I'll always wanted a vert just before winter.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question...but what exactly do you do with the VIN# (in advance of delivery) other than know it??

The vehicle is not assigned a VIN until it is scheduled to be built. In essence, the VIN is a confirmation of build status. Receive the VIN and it's soon on the line !!!
