The "military time in radio" is the really big one. I don't think that's been fixed for 2006. It's my understanding that as long as your car displays military time, you can be called up to active duty and shipped out to serve in Iraq for up to 9 months. That alone should keep you from buying a new C6.

BTW, too many of the items in that list are one time or isolated complaints and/or observations to be of any value. The few major issues have all been addressed either during the 2005 production run or with the start of the 2006 run. The only lingering issue for the 2005 cars sems to be the dead battery gremlin and that will hopefully be dealt with by GM in the near future.

I think the air bag stickers are still an issue.

This thread has the aroma of a troll. Too much effort appears to be made to make things seem worse than they actually are. Besides, no single car is likely to experience all those faults. I think that he is listing everything that has reported on many individual cars, not constant flaws on all '05 Corvettes. With over 30K C6s produced, I suspect that there are far more satisfied owners than this list would "appear" to suggest.

The water in rear view mirrors, I can't believe GM hasn't fixed this yet.

The C6 is soooo over. We've all read all these posts, and we are all just totally fed up. We were just waiting for Motor Trend to announce the Car of the Year. We are arranging a group purchase of white Civics with grey velour seats. Want in?

Count me in. I've got a 8" diameter fart-can, some wicked ground effects, and a big *ss trunk wing just ready to bolt on.

Damn, I'm glad I didn't see that list before I bought my first C6....or my second one, for that matter.

I've owned two 2005 C6's, and neither one of them has been back to the shop!
