Well I am fixing to get my third top from G.M.!
I was one of the first ones on here to tell about
the delamination problem. Went to put my top on
this afternoon and saw that it was delaminated at the rear.
The first time it happened it came loose from the front.
This is getting OLD!!!!! If you have gotten your top replaced
you better look at it !
my first top was replaced at 1000 miles and two months of ownership. The replacement top has less than 500 miles and one additional month and is creaking and believed to be the same delamination. Contact to Chevy is not forthcoming, and registered formal complaint with the NHTSA .... someone needs to step in and address the issue. Floridas heat and black coloring only seem to speed the delamination process.
And they will not replace top with any other type ... not even with some direction from Chevrolet customer assistance.

I just filled out a formal complaint with the NHTSA reguarding my top.
If anyone else is having the same problem be it the first time or the second,Please register a complaint with the NHTSA. This is the only
way the issue is going to resolved.
