If you play with it a little bit before you put it in, it should go in a little easier. If you have to hold it while it's in, that's OK too. Just don't pull it out too soon or you'll have a mess.
Mine shut off twice today attempting to fill. Seriously, is it the depth or the rate of fill causing the problem? My sweet C6 was to polite to say which even though she left the station unfullfilled.
I don't have that problem BUT when the pump shuts off I can't get an extra few cents in or a squeeze on the handle without overfilling it. Seems to shut off right at max. Anyone else with this problem.
When I filled up my C5, I just pushed the tab on the nozzle and let it fill without holding the nozzle. That does not work on my C6, I have to hold the nozzle or it will shut off. Anyone else notice that?

Same here! Overfilled first fillup coming back from NCM.
When the pump quits, thats all she will take.

Actually, I've had the premature problem a couple of times. But it is usually just fine.
